Ashford Gallery to Feature
Arboretum Photographs

"Full Cycle: Photographs of the Arboretum" will be the summer exhibit in Ashford University's Cortona Art Gallery. The work of about a dozen different photographers will be showcased.

Beginning April 27 and running through August 14, the exhibit features photos of various scenes from Clinton's Bickelhaupt Arboretum in the four different seasons. From a variety of categories including artistic close up, landscape, animals/people, and an open category, the photos were entries in a photography contest at the Arboretum. They were blind juried by either freelance photographer Karen Austin or Clinton Community College art/photography instructor Carolyn Phillips.

The Cortona Gallery is located on the second floor of Ashford University's Clare Hall at 400 North Bluff Boulevard in Clinton. An artists' reception is planned for Monday, May 4 from 4-6 p.m. in the Gallery.

The Cortona Gallery is open to the public, free of charge, every weekday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and for private showings by appointment. For further information, please call 563.242.4023.
